I love painting birds and when a friend told me the meaning of a Cardinal, I fell even more in love with these beautiful red birds.

 

This Cardinal is the messenger of love. Cardinals are viewed as a sign of hope and a reminder that you can do hard things, because hard things do not last forever. And many believe that the Cardinal’s spiritual meaning is a good omen—even indicating that someone is trying to get your attention. Cardinals are checking in on you and letting your loved one know they are close.
